Corporate Membership Information
JOIN ONLINE or PRINT MEMBERSHIP FORM:
There are two corporate membership levels for the Missouri Growth Association. Corporate dues for larger firms are $575.00 per year and the Associate level for smaller firms with 3 or less staff are $200.00 a year. There is no initiation fee when you join and the benefits for both levels are the same. Members receive frequent updates in our newsletter of MGA’s monitoring of state and local government activities. MGA sends the newsletter to the key contact in each company as well as to all company employees who are designated by their company to receive this information and are included in our database. During the Missouri Legislative session the newsletter is sent weekly and during the remainder of the year it is on a periodic basis. Our website also contains information on other industry related events and reports.

Member companies and individuals from those companies receive a significant discount on all MGA activities. This includes all ticket price categories for our fall reception
- On the MGA website, we list all member companies and provide a link to each member’s website thus providing ease of access to other members and the general public
- The MGA website also has a very comprehensive list of links to state and local governmental websites for easy access to those sites, many of which have vital information regarding zoning, the permitting process and other needed information
- Participation in members-only conference calls during the legislative session and receive the latest updates on topics affecting our industry;
- Invitations to other MGA events such as the annual legislative wrap up breakfast and the Platinum Parties held throughout the year that provides another networking opportunity. We also schedule other programs on issues such as economic development, transportation or candidate forums.
As you can see, MGA provides an incredible array of services to those that own, develop and manage property, or otherwise service the commercial real estate industry.
